Ingredients
2 cups blanched almond flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon sea salt
⅓ cup coconut oil (or melted butter)
⅓ cup maple syrup (or honey)
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Stir in coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet.
6. Flatten tops gently with fingers.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden around the edges.
8. Let cool on pan before transferring to a rack.
Notes
Use finely ground blanched almond flour only.
Chill dough 30 minutes for best shape.
Store in airtight container up to 4 days or freeze for 1 month.
