Description

This cookie butter cold brew is a smooth and spiced iced coffee with a homemade cookie butter creamer. It’s the perfect summer drink that’s both sweet and refreshing.

Ingredients

Cold Brew Coffee

– 250g coarsely ground coffee

– 1375 mL distilled water

Cookie Butter Creamer

– 1½ cups half and half

– ⅓ cup cookie butter or Biscoff spread

– ¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

To Serve

– Ice

– Optional: Vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, sea salt

Instructions

1. Steep coarsely ground coffee with water for 15–20 hours.

2. Strain thoroughly using a mesh or cheesecloth to make cold brew.

3. Blend half and half, cookie butter, and sugar until smooth.

4. Fill a glass with ice, pour in cold brew halfway.

5. Add ¼ cup cookie butter creamer (or to taste).

6. Stir to combine or leave layered for presentation.

7. Optional: top with cinnamon, caramel drizzle, or cookie crumbs.

Notes

Cold brew concentrate is strong—dilute with water or milk to taste.

Store cold brew and creamer separately in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Use dairy-free alternatives for a vegan version.
