Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup light brown sugar

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp salt

⅔ cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

2. Add milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

3. Slowly stir in the cooled, heat-treated flour.

4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

5. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.

6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
