Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: diced celery, chopped pickles, chives
Instructions
1. Boil and peel eggs, then chop finely.
2. Add eggs to a bowl with cottage cheese and mustard.
3. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix until evenly combined.
5. Stir in optional add-ins.
6. Serve or refrigerate.
