This gluten free cookie dough is soft, safe to eat raw, and filled with chocolate chip goodness. No eggs or wheat needed—perfect for everyone at the table!
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter (or vegan butter), softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar.
2. Add vanilla extract and milk, then stir in almond and oat flours.
3. Mix in the chocolate chips until evenly combined.
4. Taste and adjust with a pinch of salt if needed.
5. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
You can freeze scoops for a longer-lasting treat.
Use heat-treated flours if serving to kids or anyone sensitive.
